Data Processing Agreement

Purpose and roles
This document is intended as Aveexia's Article 28 GDPR data processing agreement where the customer is controller and Aveexia processes Customer Data on documented instructions. It must be adapted to the order, processing activities and risk.
Processing instructions
- purposes: provide, secure, support and administer the customer's service
- categories: contact, account, message, voice, booking, integration and technical data according to the customer's configuration
- data subjects: the customer's customers, visitors, callers, recipients and users
- processing: storage, search, generation, communication, booking, support and deletion.
Article 28 clauses
- confidentiality and instructions for authorised personnel
- appropriate technical and organisational security measures
- assistance with data subject rights, incidents, DPIAs and supervision
- the processor uses only approved subprocessors and informs the customer of changes
- deletion or return at the end of the agreement, subject to documented legal and backup exceptions
- audit and information needed to demonstrate compliance.

Annex A: processing and instructions. Annex B: security measures. Annex C: subprocessors and transfers. The annexes are completed for each customer engagement. Contact us to execute or review a DPA.
No EU-only, DPF, SCC, certification or zero-retention claim is made without current verification for the specific provider and customer.
