Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 september 2026 · v2026-09-08
1. Scope
Aveexia is a B2B service for businesses and organisations. The customer uses the service under these terms, the accepted order and any special terms. This page is a working draft until the contractual wording and liability limits have received legal review.
2. Definitions
- Customer: the legal or natural person operating the business that orders the service.
- End user: a visitor, caller or other person interacting with the customer's AI agent.
- Customer Data: information submitted to the service by the customer or an end user.
- Subprocessor: a provider processing personal data on Aveexia's behalf where Aveexia acts as processor.
3. AI, responses and human handoff
The service generates responses with AI. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable and do not replace professional advice or the customer's own review.
The customer must disclose the AI interaction to end users where required. The customer is responsible for instructions, knowledge sources, approval of actions and deciding when human handoff must be offered.
4. Customer Data and licence
The customer retains its rights in Customer Data. The customer grants Aveexia only the limited licence needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot and support the service.
Aveexia does not use Customer Data to train its own general-purpose models unless this is expressly agreed and technically verifiable. Aggregated and anonymised statistics may be used for operations and product improvement only where they cannot reasonably be linked to a customer or person.
5. Customer responsibilities
- have a lawful basis and provide required information to people who contact the customer through the service
- not submit special-category or sensitive data unless necessary, expressly agreed and risk-assessed
- review AI-generated responses and approve actions that may have legal or financial consequences
- protect administrator accounts, API keys and integrations.
6. Availability and changes
The service depends on Aveexia infrastructure and external providers. Availability, response time and features may be affected by maintenance, incidents or provider changes. Any service levels must be stated in a separate written agreement.
7. Payment, suspension and termination
Payment, renewal, termination and any suspension must be stated in the order confirmation. Aveexia may temporarily restrict the service for a security risk, unlawful use, non-payment or breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, taking proportionality and an opportunity to remedy into account.
8. Liability and governing law
Liability limits, damages, force majeure, governing law and dispute resolution are detailed in individual agreements. Contact legal@aveexia.com with contractual questions.
9. Version and contact
Version 2026-09-08. Contact legal@aveexia.com with contractual questions. Processing questions are addressed in the DPA.
