Retention matrix
Last updated: 8 september 2026 · v2026-09-08
How to read this matrix
The matrix distinguishes first-party stores Aveexia can control, customer configuration and the deletion windows of external providers or backups. Items not yet published here are available on request.
First-party stores
- Account and workspace data: deleted according to the agreement and lifecycle; legal requirements for invoices or incidents may require limited preservation.
- Chat, unified messages, contacts, memory, tools, callbacks and integrations: tenant-scoped deletion exists for known first-party tables and memory stores.
- Voice transcripts and audio references: depend on customer configuration and service period; the provider window must be verified.
- Analytics and consent data: the browser's local consent record is technically bounded; active provider retention and deletion are governed by the respective provider policy and verified per integration.
External stores and backups
Redis/cache, telephony, AI, analytics, payment, integration and backup copies may have their own TTL, contractual or legal requirements. Local deletion is therefore not a promise of immediate deletion in every external store; provider requests and verification are required.
