AI is often associated with large, complicated systems, but for most small businesses, it's about something much simpler: not having to answer the same questions over and over.
1. Answer common questions automatically. Opening hours, prices, how to book: questions that otherwise take time every day.
2. Collect booking preferences. If a supported calendar is connected, a customer can choose an available time. Otherwise, the team can follow up on the request.
3. Receive enquiries while the team is busy. An active channel can collect the customer's question and contact details for follow-up.
4. Review reminders. Automated messages require a separate workflow and a supported channel.
5. Gather common questions in one place. You see which questions actually come in most, and can improve your website accordingly.
6. Avoid interruptions mid-task. Fewer phone calls disrupting you while you're busy with a customer.
7. Scale without hiring. More customers doesn't automatically mean more administrative work.
